The Supervisory Board of Polski Fundusz Rozwoju S.A., under § 18(3)(7) of the Company’s Statutes, after the qualification procedure appointed the Management Board of the Polish Development Fund for a five-year term, in the following composition:

“The Polish Development Fund is implementing its multiannual strategy, the priority of which is the implementation of numerous programmes important to promote the modernity and competitiveness of the Polish economy. The decision of the Supervisory Board allows for continuing and ensuring the smooth carrying out of development initiatives supporting the implementation of the Strategy for Responsible Development. I am glad to see Mr Tomasz Fill, an experienced manager, back in our team, who as a Board Member will be responsible for development and communication. This is essential for the preparation of the PFR to create the infrastructure for the system of Employee Capital Plans, in particular in the scope of effective communication with over 11 million potential participants in this programme and, at the same time a very important reform” - said Paweł Borys, President of the Management Board at PFR SA.
A brief biography of the new Member of the Management Board at PFR S.A.:
Tomasz Fill (born 1972) - a manager with over 15 years of experience. He has worked for the biggest Polish companies, including those listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, in the financial, energy and telecommunications sectors. He managed teams for communication, marketing and investor relations. He was also responsible for the strategic communication of companies on foreign markets, including in the Czech Republic, Lithuania and Germany. In 2016-2017, he worked for Polski Fundusz Rozwoju S.A., where he was responsible for communication and marketing as well as for the coordination of cooperation of entities within the PFR Group. He graduated from the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw. He also completed his postgraduate studies in insurance at the Academy of Finance in Warsaw and an Executive MBA at the French Institute of Management.
